Dating and relationships can be difficult in this day and age. Unless you meet someone through a friend who has known the other person for several years, you have no way of knowing much about the person you are seeing. By the time you find out the background of your new love, it can be too late.
Fortunately, background checks can be done, so you can learn about any red flags before you develop a serious relationship. The sooner you know about a person’s past, the better off you will be. The following are several reasons to get a background check on your new romantic interest as soon as possible.
- They are using a false name.
You would assume that a person you are involved with has given you their correct name, but this is not always the case. In certain situations, there may be a good reason for lying about their name. In fact, a person may have had a legal name change, but for most people it is a red flag. People living under a name different than their birth name or a false name are sometimes hiding from something or someone. - They are married.
People can go to elaborate means to hide a marriage, and it can become difficult to detect. An individual can do a lot more than simply leave a wedding ring at home before seeing you. A man or woman can have a spouse and even a family in a nearby town or perhaps on the other side of the city. Sometimes a person may no longer be in contact with their spouse, but never went through a divorce; they simply walked away from the marriage. - They have outstanding warrants.
Sometimes a person will have a warrant and not be aware of it. A warrant for an unpaid traffic ticket is a common example, but at other times a warrant can be for something far more serious. It may relate directly to a violent offense, and this is definitely information worth having. If your new love has a warrant for failing to appear in court on a domestic violence charge, this information could save you from physical harm. - They have a criminal background.
People make mistakes in life, and if a man or woman has served time in jail for a crime and paid their dues for this transgression, you may want to give them a chance, but at the same time, you should have this information. Knowing what the crime was and how much time was served is information that will help you decide what path to take with your new love interest. In some cases, a person’s criminal background may be extensive enough that you will breathe a sigh of relief knowing the problems you have avoided by having this information first.
When should you use our services? You may not want to run a background check for a first date, but as soon as you feel you want to pursue a relationship with someone, you should find out what their background is. We can run a thorough background check on an individual and discover any of the things mentioned above. We can also do this type of background check without them or anybody else knowing about it.
